Blank SolidWorks Installation Manager after Extraction

Resolve Blank SolidWorks Installation Manager Menu after Extraction 

Cause: Windows 10 Explorer may block HTML file extraction, causing error when the installation manager is run.
  1. Three Possible Solutions (Same result):
  2. Solution 1:
    1. Need to verify the frameset.html, framesetstatrup.html, header.html, navpanestartup.html also has unblocked security access. 
    2. Go to the extracted folder SOLIDWORKS 20** SP** > sldim > lang > english > html.
    3. Then RT Click on each .html file and go to properties under the General tab at the bottom make sure the securities is Unblocked.
    4. Then also go to the Securities tab and make sure you have full control for your User Account.
    5. Let me know what you find.
  1. Solution 2: Use Non-Windows based extraction tool such as WinZIP.
  1. Solution 3: RT Click the zip file and check the "Unblock" box.
